For ifasto partner restaurants
Because your restaurant collects the skip-pass payment directly, you are the seller of record and Japanese law requires you to publish a 特定商取引法に基づく表記. Copy the template below, replace every 【bracketed】 field with your details, and publish it where guests pay. Your payment processor (Stripe / KOMOJU / Smartpay) will also ask for this. This template is a starting point, not legal advice; confirm the final wording with your own adviser.
