Bars & nightlife
The line outside your bar, as new income.
On your busiest nights the line is already there. ifasto lets a few guests in it buy a priority pass, priced live from the real wait, while everyone else keeps their place in the free line. No app, no hardware, and the bar keeps half of every pass.
Where it works
Anywhere a line forms at your door.
The Friday and Saturday line
The nights the line runs down the block and some guests would happily pay to be inside sooner.
Event and game nights
DJ nights, launches and big matches, when the line forms before the doors even open.
Small rooms with a wait
Cocktail bars and speakeasies with a handful of seats and a walk-in waiting list.
How a night runs
Five steps, and nothing for your guests to download.
- 01
A QR code in the line
A small sign where the line forms. Guests scan it with the phone camera they already have.
- 02
A price from the real wait
The engine reads how long the line is right now and sets the price, up to a ceiling you choose.
- 03
A capped number of passes
Only a few passes are sold each hour so the free line keeps moving. When the cap is reached, the pass disappears.
- 04
Your door team sees the list
Paid guests appear on a phone or tablet at the door. One tap lets them in.
- 05
You keep half
Every pass splits 50-50, with a statement for every night it runs.
The rules we never break
Fair to the line, every night.
The free line always stays
Nobody loses their place. A pass moves a guest up the line; it never closes the line to anyone else.
Drink prices never change
The pass is about time, not the menu. What guests pay at the bar stays exactly the same.
Guests with disabilities go free
Priority for guests who need it is always free of charge.
Your door policy comes first
ID checks, dress code and capacity apply to everyone. A pass never gets anyone past the door rules.
What it could add
A few passes a night adds up over a year.
Move the sliders to match your busiest nights. Most bars sell passes only on the nights the line is real; on quiet nights the pass simply does not appear.
Pass sales a year
$20,800
Your half
$10,400
An estimate, not a promise. Drink prices never change; the figure is pass sales only.
How to start
One free weekend, then decide.
We set up the QR sign and the door list for one weekend at no cost. You see what sells, on which nights, at what prices. If it is not for you, we take the sign down.
- No fee during the trial weekend, so everything it earns is yours
- No hardware: a printed sign and the phone or tablet you already have
- You set the maximum price, the passes per hour and the nights it runs
- Pause it any time from the door screen
Questions bar owners ask
Will my regulars mind?
The free line never goes away, and the cap keeps it moving. On most nights only a handful of passes sell, and guests who would rather wait simply wait.
Do guests need an app?
No. They scan a QR code with their phone camera and pay in the browser in a few seconds.
What does it cost the bar?
Nothing up front and no hardware. After the trial, ifasto keeps half of each pass sold. If no passes sell, you pay nothing.
Who sets the limits?
You do: the highest price, how many passes each hour, and which nights it runs. You can switch it off from the door screen at any moment.
Try it on your busiest weekend.
